Meet Enrique Beltran

Enrique has been working in construction since he was a young man where he learned the old fashioned way, from his father. Growing up south of the border in Durango, Mexico, Enrique worked with his father in his contracting business.

In 1989 Enrique was able to move to the United States where he worked in landscaping. His landscaping and contracting career got a boost in 1994 when he started his own business, during which he was still working full-time as a general contractor. It was clear how passionate Enrique was, as he had a full-time crew working for him, even as he was working full-time himself. In 1997 his business had grown to the point that he was able to leave his job and focus on the company full-time. Initially the company focused on landscaping, but since then it has grown to include a full set of contractor services.

Licensed since 2004, Beltran Construction has worked on a number of residences from minor repair and major home improvements, to building condo complexes and other complete home development projects. Enrique is committed to building your dream home.

We had a severe shower leak that was causing mold issues and water damage so we called Beltran for this emergency fix. Enrique came over within the day and he revamped our entire shower and eliminated our mold issue within 4 days. It was simply incredible. Not to mention the Beltran crew also replaced our entire bathroom and hallway floor with travertine tile in the same timeframe. We began the relationship with basic landscaping maintenance but due to his extraordinary capabilities, the list of things he did for us quickly multiplied. To date, Beltran Construction has completed magnificent landscape and remodeling projects for numerous properties for us. Due to Enrique‘s quality of workmanship and commitment he was able to relocate an entire crew to St. Augustine, Florida and complete a condo conversion project for us on a Historic Flagler building that won awards locally. In California he built a high-end single family home in the Del Mar Beach Colony and two extraordinary condominium projects along the North County Coast. His quiet, unassuming manner belies the fact that he is one of the most intelligent and resourceful contactors I know. One of the condominium projects that he undertook for us was after two previous contractors had thoroughly botched the project. One of the contractors was a well known contractor in San Diego for over 45 years. Despite the seemingly insurmountable obstacles created by numerous screw-ups by the two previous contractors the building was finished by Enrique and is one of the most outstanding condominium projects on the North County Coast. I would personally recommend Enrique Beltran as a contractor for building or landscaping to anyone.
